How to request a clothing pick-up
If you have a lot of clothes to swap and don’t want to carry them yourself to our next event, we’ll come by and pick them up!
Simply send us an email with your name, address and phone number.
A volunteer will get in touch with you to confirm a date and time window for pick-up.
Once we’ve picked up your clothes, we’ll put your name on a list for express check-in at our next event. Then all you’ll need to do when you arrive at the swap is pick up your tickets at check-in. It’s the fastest way to start swapping!
What to swap:
- men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories (e.g., belts, scarves, hats, etc.)
- choose gently worn, clean items in wearable condition
- no holes, rips, stains, frayed edges, pills, pet hair, missing buttons, broken zippers and/or fasteners
Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be donated directly to The Salvation Army and you will not receive swap tickets for them. The S.W.A.P. Team is not responsible lost or stolen clothing donations.
