1. This contest is open to all. Participants may enter as many times as they like and increase their chances of winning by referring up to 5 friends at a time. Contest closes on midnight, September 20th.
2. The winner will receive a travel certificate for return Business Class (VIA1) tickets for two (2) passengers between Montreal and Quebec City. The retail value of the travel certificate is approximately $592.00 CAD.
3. Travel must be completed between September 20th, 2009 and September 10, 2010.
4. The travel certificate cannot be upgraded to any other class or service and is valid for the winner only.
5. The S.W.A.P. Team is not responsible in the event of a lost or stolen ticket voucher and cannot replace the voucher.
6. The travel voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be extended.
7. It is strictly forbidden to sell, assign, trade or transfer in any manner whatsoever this travel certificate to another person.
8. Booking is subject to availability of space at the time of booking.
9. The following dates are blacked out for travel:
Easter Thursday to Monday
December 15 through January 5 inclusive.
10. The travel certificate shall remain the property of VIA Rail Canada and must returned to VIA Rail without delay, if so requested.
11. Tickets must be booked directly with VIA by telephone or at a station only.
